- Please note that the room contains hidden, secret (and narrow) passages and is not accessible for baby strollers, wheelchairs, people with mobility disabilities (and possibly other disabilities) due to the nature of the place. We will be happy to give detailed telephone information about the obstacles in the room and think together with you whether it is still possible to make adjustments or special arrangements in advance to allow play for groups of people with disabilities

- Participation in escape rooms necessarily exposes the participants to stress, tension and other circumstances that may cause mental and / or physical distress. A participant who orders a game declares and confirms that he is aware of the above factors, and he and anyone who is expected to participate in a game that is mentally and physically healthy for the purpose of participating in the game.

- In order to reserve the game exclusively for you, after placing an order, our representative will contact you to take a credit card information. We will store the information within a secure system and use it as a guarantee only. In case of no show or less than 24 hours cancellation notice, a cancellation fee of NIS 200 will be charged for a single room or NIS 400 for a double room.
